"Ohhh JULIA!"

Isn't it quite amazing to have a child whose arrival you are particularly anticipating arrive during the Christmas season? A couple of excerpts from a church writing especially touched me recently that apply. A child helps us "rescue all that is finest down deep inside of us." "To help another human being reach one's celestial potential is our divine mission." The "ohhs" that come seem to be our first utterance. Maybe they come because words escape us when we are feeling the awe and wonder that come from that deepest place of within us. So Julia, "ohhh" and WELCOME.

Isn't she just perfect?! I agree and want to add another thought. Looking at this beautiful baby makes me feel hope. There was a thought on the Protestant's church sign here recently that said "The birth of every new baby is God's vote of confidence that the world should go on." I like that.

Copier. I totally was the first to do a blog-welcome. But you have a clearer picture... she really is perfect!
